LIFT

LIFT is our flagship small group personal training session. It is 60 minutes of structured programming designed to make you stronger, fitter and more capable.


Training in small groups allows us to adapt the program for the individual and give you coaching, technical advice, support and encouragement. Training in small groups also provides community and a vibrant, encouraging atmosphere you don't get with 1:1


The LIFT program is designed to be adaptable for all levels. We progress our members across 8 week training blocks where we get to re-test our strength at the end of each program.


ENGINE

Build an engine that won't quit.


30 minute conditioning sessions that develop aerobic fitness and capacity through mixed and cyclical training.


Think, bike, row, ski, running, burpees and more.


Engine sessions are adaptable for all levels! Our small groups allow us to coach you through the movement patterns to ensure you are getting the most out of every session.


HYROX

Get race day ready with our HYROX sessions.


We program our sessions so you're exposed to the same movements, equipment and energy systems required in a HYROX race.


Even if you don't want to take part in a HYROX event our sessions are great for building aerobic health and capacity regardless!


Our small groups allow us to coach you properly so you know you're moving optimally and getting through each station efficiently.


We also provide running programming to coincide with our HYROX sessions!


RUN CLUB

On the last Sunday of every month we host our monthly run club.


It is a 5k loop starting and finishing at LaChouquette in Poynton, we can't have a run club without coffees and pastries can we!


The run is free and open to anyone who would like to join! All paces are welcome!


We meet outside Lachouquette 9am and leave at 9:15.
